Flex-c-Ment Systems originated in USA, over 30 years
ago. In
2003, DBS Ltd. started manufacturing Flex-C-Ment products under U.S.
license in Istanbul Turkey.
Since then, DBS has exported Flex-C-Ment products to over 40
countries around the world.
Flex-c-Ment systems have been extensively tested successfully
in the
most reputable laboratories in Europe. More importantly these
decorative
concrete products
have been proven in thousands of completed
projects
all over the world.
Most of these projects were undertaken in climates
ranging from the extreme cold of Scandinavia and Northern Russia to
sweltering heat of many regions of Middle East.
Today, the Flex-C-Ment brand is well known in many countries as the
industry
standard.
DBS have always provided quality
decorative concrete
products at very competitive prices. However we also realize that in
certain countries, the extra cost of transportation and / or
high
custom
taxes can significantly increase the landed cost of our products.
In 2010,
we decided to offer turn-key, territory exclusive, manufacturing
packages
to entrepreneurs who expressed interest in
establishing
decorative concrete
manufacturing plants in their
countries.
The first venture started production in India and
